S'y rendre

L'aéroport international de Luang Prabang se trouve à dix minutes de l'hôtel, avec des vols directs depuis Bangkok, Hanoï, Vientiane, Chiang Mai et Kunming. Le bateau lent depuis Huay Xai descend le Mékong en deux jours. Nous venons chercher chaque client à l'aéroport gratuitement.

Quand venir

De novembre à février, le temps est sec et frais : c'est la haute saison. Mars et avril sont chauds, avec le nouvel an lao à la mi-avril. De mai à septembre, c'est la saison verte — chaude, luxuriante et bien plus calme, avec des pluies qui tombent en fin d'après-midi.
